is a simple colorization - not a restoration. The trick was in finding
the right hues and levels to create the neon look.
Once that was accomplished it was a simple matter to "lasso" each area and apply the color with the Image> Adjust> Hue/Saturation menu (with "colorize" checked) I used the same technique with the Baseball Players and the Gold Miner. ©
